Privacy Policy

The short version: We collect your email and name when you join the waitlist. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with third parties for marketing, and we'll delete it if you ask. That's it.

1. Who we are

Postlude ("we", "us") is operated by Mo's "Holding B.V.", a Dutch company registered with the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under KvK number 86269887. We operate the website at postludeai.com and the Postlude application.

2. What we collect

Right now, we collect very little:

Waitlist sign-up: your email address, name (optional), and how many sales calls you make per week (optional). This is stored so we can notify you when Postlude is ready.
Basic analytics: page views and referral source, collected anonymously. No personal identifiers.

When Postlude launches, we will update this policy to cover the data processed by the application (e.g., Google Meet transcripts, calendar events). We will notify you of any changes before they take effect.

To understand what our early users need (e.g., call volume helps us plan pricing)
To improve our website and product

4. How we store it

Your data is stored in Supabase, which uses encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU. Access is restricted to the Postlude team only.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies — specifically, a small preference cookie to remember that you've dismissed the cookie notice. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that set cookies.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

Access your data — ask us what we have
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data — we'll remove it within 30 days
Export your data in a portable format
Object to processing or withdraw consent

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@postludeai.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

We keep your waitlist data until you ask us to delete it, or until 12 months after our last communication with you — whichever comes first. After that, we delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Postlude grows. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email (if we have yours) or by posting a notice on our website. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
